We stayed at Ih Hotels recently and had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and safe, ensuring a comfortable stay for my family. Although the decor was a little odd with bright orange walls, it added a unique character to the hotel. The location was a plus as it allowed us to explore more of Florence by foot, and the nearby bus made it convenient to reach the train station. The breakfast, while not exceptional, offered a good variety of drinks and continental options. Ih Hotels provided a decent stay filled with character. I would recommend it, despite a couple of minor drawbacks mentioned in the reviews.

Don't miss staying at this place if you're visiting Strozzi Palace, it's conveniently located next to a bus stop.

It was like staying in an apartment, however it was an extra cost for the use of the kitchen facilities. Location was amazing, far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to city attractions.
Even though the room was non-smoking it had a very strong smell of smoke.

Great quality x price deal! New furniture and equipment, very clean. We asked for a boiler and cups to make tea in the room. We also had a small fridge, where we could keep some stuff so did not pay for a breakfast. I can definitely reccomend it!
20 minutes walk from the center but personally it did not bother us at all as we don't mind walking

Spacious and modern rooms with great amenities. Conveniently located near public transportation and within walking distance to some attractions.
The noise from traffic outside could be heard even with the windows closed, which made it a bit difficult to sleep at night. the Wi-Fi signal was weak and would often cut out, making it difficult to stay connected to the internet.

Clean, relatively good location. Recently renovated.
Below expectations. This hotel is actually an extention of the Best Western hotel across the street. Reception desk is there, breakfast is served there, parking is there. Could not get a parking space in the hotel garage.

Nice and clean--spacious room that was modern. Hotel staff was friendly, he was there by himself, but was still kind enough to get us extra towels and another blanket.
It is associated with the Best Western across the street. A little confusing when you first arrive--website needs to be more clear with where to go to check in.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated the fact that the staff was friendly and helpful. , the room was clean and spacious, which made our short stay comfortable. the location of the hotel is convenient, with several bus stops nearby and a shopping mall just a few minutes away by walk.
There were a few negative aspects that made our stay less than perfect. the hotel lacked proper breakfast facilities and the snack machines are just not enough for a satisfying breakfast.

Nestled in a tranquil location, the hotel is conveniently situated near the temporary bus stops opposite Santa Maria Novella station. Although not close to the station or the airport, guests can take a leisurely stroll of about 20 minutes to the main attractions. the rooms and bathrooms are spacious, and the staff is courteous. the breakfast is inclusive and offers a variety of options to choose from.
The hotel lacks a variety of restaurants nearby.

Not a lot well out of Florence. Poor service.
Well out of florence, had booked select executive. Which is a annexe across the road from the Selct hotel. Accomodation was dirty and when we arrived and took shower it fell apart. Manager moved us into select hotel and gave us free breakfast for 4 morning but still charged us high price for executive which was a star higher. Well out of the town centre, rough area and poor transport without opting for expensive taxi everytime.
